Etna Glamping

After finishing my studies, I found myself entering the world of hospitality and wine tourism almost by chance over ten years ago — and since then, my passion and love for my work have only grown.

Barbara, who interviewed me for my first job, immediately believed in me and I can’t thank her enough.

Every day I get to share the best side of Sicily with people from all over the world — the side brimming with warmth and genuine hospitality.

You’ll likely find me telling stories from my childhood: memories painted with the vineyard’s slow winter rhythms, my grandmother cooking Sunday sauce on the old wood stove, or the quick moments — running and playing among the vines.

I worked for multinational companies, in those environments that drain your time and energy. One day, I told myself, “I don’t want to do this forever”. So, I left Milan and came to Sicily to manage sales and hospitality for an Etna winery. That experience showed me the beauty and potential of this land.

Now I have a child and want to pass on the true values of life – respect for nature.

This is where my new commitment was born: to create experiences for those who want to pause for a moment and savour authentic things in a special place.

I’ve always been fascinated by the world of hospitality and food, watching from afar for years the passion and precision behind this industry, never daring to try it myself.

I did many other jobs until I met Barbara, who gave me the chance to try something I’d only peeked at before. Not knowing English scared me at first, but I soon realized that the smile and happiness of every guest at the end of a meal are a universal language anyone can understand.

I immediately loved the idea of creating a glamping site in the countryside, because I love nature in all its forms.

You’ll often see me in the vineyard gathering wild herbs for lunch or picking flowers for our table arrangements.
